"Kurumaru NAVI" is a help app provided by Kyoei Fire Insurance to help you live a safe car life, including navigation in the event of a car accident or breakdown, safe driving diagnosis, and support to your destination.
You can use it even if you are not a Kyoei Fire Insurance policyholder.
■ Overview of Kurumaru NAVI
① Accident/breakdown support
In the event of an emergency such as an accident or breakdown, it will guide you through the response procedure.
In addition to emergency contact, you can also call insurance companies, agencies, and road services immediately, so you can rest assured.
You can also check your current location with GPS, allowing for smooth response.
If you have Kyoei Fire Insurance, the estimated arrival time of the road service company will be displayed on the app.
② Safe driving diagnosis
Easily diagnose your driving habits and score your driving!
You can be diagnosed even with your smartphone in your pocket. You will be scored on driving operations such as gentle acceleration and soft braking.
Aim for safe driving by looking back at your driving history.
③ Drive recorder
The safe driving diagnosis drive recorder mode automatically records driving footage before and after when dangerous behavior is detected.
You can check the saved dangerous driving record along with the location later, so in the event of an emergency, the Muramaru NAVI is a reliable ally.
④ Passenger seat NAVI
It works with a familiar map app to support you to your destination.
It provides route guidance to your destination, which is convenient for driving, registers your home or favorites, and even searches for nearby genres that are convenient when traveling.
You can easily search for your destination as if you were using a car navigation system.
■ Operating environment
Smartphone terminals that run Android 10 or higher
■ Notes
1. It is very dangerous for those driving a car or other vehicle to operate the terminal (including staring at the screen. The same applies below). Be sure to stop the car in a safe place. Please also note that operating the terminal while driving may violate the Road Traffic Act.
2. We will not be held responsible in any way even if the service user causes an accident while operating the terminal.
3. When using the Drive Recorder mode with the Safe Driving Diagnosis Service, please make sure to securely attach the device to a location that does not interfere with driving. Please note that installing a car holder on the windshield is prohibited by law.
4. Of these services, the Passenger Seat NAVI Service is a destination search support service for passengers in a car (other than the driver). Drivers should not operate the service themselves or allow the driver to operate it.
5. Be sure to follow actual traffic lights, road signs, road markings and other traffic regulations and road conditions.
6. The route displayed by the Passenger Seat NAVI Service is linked to Google Maps. Please check the terms of use and precautions of each linked application before using.
